[Rdo-list] [package announce] Icehouse-b2 EL7 packages

The RDO Icehouse repositories have been updated to include the EL7 package set.

To install please follow the standard packstack quick start procedure,
on an EL7 based system:

  http://openstack.redhat.com/QuickStartDevelRelease


Release notes:

ceilometer
  Install often doesn't complete due to http://bugzilla.redhat.com/1066408
    "mongodb service init returns OK even if service is not operational yet"
  Workaround is to rerun packstack with the --answer-file=... option

cinder
  Version is icehouse milestone 1 due to missing dependencies
  from python-taskflow need by milestone 2. This will be updated
  over the next few days

nagios
  Nagios support is not installed as currently nagios-plugins
  aren't available in epel7, as due to be replaced with:
  monitoring-plugins: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1059281

openstack-swift-account
  SELinux is preventing this service from binding to a port
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1004881
