[Rdo-list] RDO update requires PyOpenSSL 0.12, which is not in EL-based distributions.

Hi all,

A couple of users have reported on ask.openstack.org [1][2], and via bugzilla [3], that a recent update to python-swiftclient (and possibly other clients) requires PyOpenSSL 0.12. RHEL only ships 0.10, and because this package ships in RHEL there is no version in EPEL.

It seems to me the appropriate resolution is to put PyOpenSSL 0.12 (or higher) into RDO or roll back this update?

Thanks!

Steve
