We're still packaging python dependencies, oslo and *clients* in Fedora
repositories.

And we'll still do package reviews, though it's likely to be a simplified
and
more interactive process (bugzilla sucks for package reviews).

I still believe that delorean builds are not suitable for production
deployments.
As most of production is done on RHEL/CentOS, it makes sense to focus
our efforts on these platforms and switch to delorean-only builds for
Fedora.
Fedora's current model does not play well with OpenStack release schedule.
If they happen to allow layered products, it may change but it's unlikely
to happen
any sooner.

This is the best way to provide high-quality support on Fedora, as we'll
keep curating
delorean builds and stand with every commit done in stable branches and a
shorter delivery time.
