from Fedora dist-git completely.<br>

I believe replacing point release based stable RDO repos with Delorean<br>
stable repos is the right call too since it will make the process more<br>
straight for new contributors, and there won't be any questions on why<br>
a package added to Delorean is not available in RDO repos.<br>
