[rdo-users] Wallaby Upgrade Problems

Hi Guys,

I'm currently in the process of upgrading my Victoria cloud to Wallaby and
have been running into issues during the prep phase (I already upgraded
Undercloud and migrated all nodes to CentOS 8 Stream from CentOS 8).

I keep getting this error:
HEAT-E99001 Service neutron is not available for resource type
OS::Neutron::Net

Previously, I had similar errors where I had to update my roles_data.yaml
and network_environment.yaml due to changes in Wallaby, however I can't
seem to figure out what needs to be changed here. I re-generated the
roles_data.yaml file as well.

Any suggestions? Is there any documentation for the upgrade to Wallaby
available anywhere?

Also a second question, how does one get the ephemeral heat images into the
local registry? Do they get auto-added during the upgrade? I've had to
specify quay.io images in the CLI so far as I can't figure out how to
manually add images to the local registry.
