Hey,

You mention that you're not using any external authentication like IPA. But
you have novajoin enabled:

*enable_novajoin = true*
Set that to false and re-run the undercloud install. Novajoin is used for
TLS-Everywhere and requires that you have a IPA server setup and some
prerequisites before running the undercloud install:

So if that isn't your intention, you will want to disable it.
