[rdo-users] Add a pre-installed node

Hi everyone,

We are trying to add a pre-installed node to our Overcloud, I've found this
guide here:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/16.0/html-single/director_installation_and_usage/index#configuring-a-basic-overcloud-with-pre-provisioned-nodes

But we are using a CentOS deployment.
All of the other nodes are already deployed with ironic (baremetal).

Do you know if this procedure applies to our environment as well?
