[rdo-users] [TripleO][rdo][train][centos7] fails at ovn_south_db_server: Start containers for step 4 using paunch

latest execution (3rd openstack deploy command if to be a bit more
precise):

I have issues with OVN deployment, Is there an option to use OVS (as I
understand OVS component was replaced by OVN?).

Deploy command:
