Promotions
* Latest promotions (TripleO CI):
   * Master CentOS8: 08th May
   * Train: 07th May
   * Stein: 27th April
* Known blockers master(random failures):-

* Known blockers queens/rocky/stein:-

Packages
* python-setproctitle(1.1.10-12), python-tenacity(5.1.1-4) and
python-simplejson(3.16.0-5) updated in Train to match upper-constraints,
update required for octavia.
* Python-pyroute2 is being updated to 0.5.6 in Stein
* Octavia-tempest-plugin updated to 1.3.0 in Train
* Python-boto3 and python-s3transfer added to ussuri, these available in
Highavailability repo but were missing non x86_64 builds.
* New project ansible-role-lunasa-hsm being added.
Vexxhost
* ci.centos weirdo jobs are migrated to vexxhost, Other RDO jobs are also
being evaluated on vexxhost
   * https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/q/topic:vexxhost
* Review.rdoproject.org and softwarefactory-project.io have been
successfully migrated from rdo-cloud to vexxhost.
Other
* Ussuri Release Preparation:-
   * Release Candidate releases have been pushed to
cloud8-openstack-ussuri-testing and can be found in:
      * https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/8/cloud/x86_64/openstack-ussuri/
   * Promotion of RC builds to cloud8-openstack-ussuri-release and push to
official mirrors is ongoing:
