* Validations-common and validations-libs new packages are being added in
Ussuri
* Mariadb and puppet-mysql are updated in Train
* Pinned projects are unpinned after testing with CentOS8 jobs and

Vexxhost

CentOS8 Preparation:
* Python-SecretStorage is updated again to 3.3.1 with required
python-jeepney update https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/25811/.
* Python-cssselect and python-pygraphviz moved to CentOS8 ussuri testing
repo as they are pulled as wek dependencies for python3-tripleoclient
* CentOS8 TripleO jobs are added to gate buildsys updates to
ussuri-testing.
* Dependencies repo migration to CBS builds in CentOS 8 builders is
finished
* Dependencies for Train have been tagged to -testing and automatic deps
sync based on rdoinfo buildsys-tags is enabled for CentOS8 master and train.
* CentOS8 CBS builds for RDO Train release is finished. The only
remaining piece to release CloudSIG repo for Train on CentOS 8 is rabbitmq
server which will be delivered as part of Messaging SIG.
* Good progress in adding CentOS8 jobs by TripleO CI team:

* Advanced Virtualization has been built by Virt SIG in CBS and it’s
expected that we will be able to start using them soon.
