* Python-shaker is removed from victoria
* Ansible is being updated to 2.9.11 in Victoria
* Python-packaging-20.4 is being added to Victoria repos as oslo.test needs

* Manila-tempest-plugin is being updated to 1.1.0 in
queens/rocky/stein/train/ussuri.


Vexxhost
* ci.centos weirdo jobs are migrated to vexxhost, Other RDO jobs are also
being evaluated on vexxhost

* Update of OpenStack clients to Ussuri releases in Fedora is in progress
