* Ansible is being updated to 2.9.12 in Victoria
   * Has issue with ceph-ansible

* os-brick is updated to the latest stable/queens commit in Queens.
* openstack-selinux is pinned to 0.8.23 in Stein
* python-tempestconf is updated to 3.0.2 in Train
* Python-eventlet is updated 0.25.2 in Victoria.
* Python-pyroute2 is updated in Victoria to fix regression in 0.5.13

Other
* Openvswitch-2.13 and OVN-2.13 and other required packages are built under
NFV sig and available in -testing repo
   * https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/8/nfv/x86_64/openvswitch-2

packstack/puppet-openstack-integration and Tripleo
