Promotions
  * Latest promotion (TripleO CI) for Stein from 11th September and Master
from 10th September.
  * Master has a promotion blocker and is in CIX apart from intermittent
issues

Deps Update
  * Python-kombu is updated to 4.6.1 for Train
  * Podman bumped to 1.5 in Train

Packages
  * Non client libraries released upstream, requirement sync(reqcheck) done
and branch(train-rdo) prepared in RDO
      * https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/q/topic:train-branching
  * Client libraries are being released upstream, requirement
sync(reqcheck) in progress, will branch next week
      * Status:-

  * stable/train dlrn builder is ready

  * Swift is converted to python3 only for rhel8 and Fedora

General
  * TripleO projects has EOLed ocata and pike, pike promotion jobs are
removed.
