  * Latest promotion (TripleO CI) for Stein from 5th September and Master
from 28th August.
  * Master has a promotion blocker and is in CIX

Deps Update
  * Python-kombu is being updated to 4.6.1 for Train

Packages
  * python-tempestconf is updated to 2.3.0 in Queens
  * Non client libraries released this week, requirement sync(reqcheck) in
progress in RDO
