Promotions
  * Latest promotions (TripleO CI) for Stein from 1st October and Master
from 4th October.
  * Queens has been promoted ignoring issue in CI tooling, actually fix is
going on.

  * Master and Stein are facing intermittent issues due to performance and
deployment getting timed out, currently being worked upon to improve it.

Deps Update
  * Work in progress to update OVN and OpenVswitch to 2.12 in master and
Train
  * Eventlet updated to 0.25.1 in Train
  * OVS updated to 2.11 for queens

Packages
  * CBS build for Train RC release is going on, mainly puppet modules
pending which had RC release today, will start testing RC bits next week
    * https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/q/topic:train-branching
  * Remaining python2 packages (due to waiting for swift to be ported to
python3) are removed from Train and Master when building in fedora or el8
    * https://review.rdoproject.org/etherpad/p/py3_conversion_status
  * Puppet-pacemaker is updated for rocky and queens

Other
  * Train Promotion pipeline is setup
