Promotions
  * Latest promotions (TripleO CI) for Stein from 13th November, Train from
13th November and Master from 12th November.
  * There is known blocker for master promotion, networking guys are
working on it to fix.

  * Master and Stein are facing intermittent issues due to performance and
deployment getting timed out, currently being worked upon to improve it.
Currently mainly seen in RDO stein phase1 TripleO job

Deps Update
  * Work in progress to update OVN and OpenVswitch to 2.12 in master and
Train, currently blocked as need some fix in TripleO Heat Templates
    * https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/c/23355/
  * Podman is being updated to 1.6.1 and buildah to 1.11.3 in master,
currently blocked due to some dependencies.

  * Python-packaging is added to ussuri-testing repo needed by
tripleo-ansible, earlier we had it in ussuri-el7-build repo which contains
only BuildRequires packages

Other
  * TripleO jobs added to gate CBS builds tagged to [stein|train]-release
    * https://review.rdoproject.org/r/#/q/topic:cloudsig-containers
  * Other TripleO jobs in RDO package gating are switched to rely on
tripleo-quickstart provided release files instead of creating own
configuration

  * CBS builds which were only -candidate tagged are cleaned up:-
