[rdo-users] [Packstack] ML2/OVN being the default network backend

Hi folks,

Following up on a previous email where we announced the intent of
switching the default mechanism driver in TripleO to OVN, just letting
everybody know that we've done the same recently for Packstack [0].

>From now on, any Packstack deployments using defaults will bring up
OVN as the networking driver used by Neutron.
