Promotions
  * Latest promotion (TripleO CI) for Stein and Master is from 14th August
  * No blocker apart from intermittent known issues.

Deps Update
  * novnc is updated to 1.1.0 in Train. Will also be backported to stable
releases.
  * python-gunicorn is updated to 19.9.0 in Train, needed by Octavia.
  * Testtools is updated to 2.3.0 needed by mistral-lib, openstacksdk
  * Buildah has been updated to 1.10 in train.

Packages
  * Ironic-python-agent-builder package is added to Train. It’s extracting
element from diskimage-builder.
  * Packages(left ones) are being updated to add with_doc conditional, so
doc build can be skipped.
