[rdo-users] RHOSP 10 failed overcloud deployment

Got it. 

I've noticed that it spends quite some time in CREATE_IN_PROGRESS state for OS::Heat::ResourceGroup resource (on Controller node).
Overcloud deployment fails after 4h. I will check in which config file is the overcloud deployment timeout configured and decrease it.

As far as I can say, this is perfectly normal. os-collect-config checks that path if there are actions to do (driven by the director). The message you see basically says "no actions to do".

It might be useful to check in depth the status of the deployment, like described here [1], maybe you're just low in resources, maybe it's something different, but what you are seeing are not explicit errors.
