Hmm that step("sudo yum install -y
https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7/current/python2-tripleo-repos-
<version>.el7.centos.noarch.rpm") can confuse users as they don't know what
<version> to use and will required to manually get version by tracing the
url, Following can be used:

sudo yum -y install --repofrompath=tmp,
https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7/current/ --disablerepo=*
--enablerepo=tmp python2-tripleo-repos

@Alex wdyt to use ^^ in docs?

@Andreas, Just to be exact the issue u faced with centos-rocky packages,
Following is the commit that is in stable/rocky but not in centos-rocky
mirror:-
https://github.com/openstack/puppet-ironic/commit/0ed395e5887b12c44e50b5b8b157059055eda3ea
