[rdo-users] Reminder: Test day this Thursday, Friday

A reminder: This Thursday and Friday we'll be testing the Queens 
milestone 2 packages. There's more details here:

If you don't have the time or inclination to deploy a test OpenStack 
cloud for the day, remember that we'll have a test cloud for you.

You just need to sign up, and give some idea of what you might want to 
test, and David will get back to you with information about cloud 
credentials.
