[rdo-dev] [infra][outage] Planned maintenance for RDO Trunk machines on June 1, 9:00 UTC

Hi,

We are planning to do some maintenance on the following RDO Trunk
machines on June 1st, starting at 9:00 UTC:

- dlrn-db.rdoproject.org
- trunk-centos8.rdoproject.org

We expect the outage to take 1 hour max. The maintenance will require
a reboot, so there will be a small downtime window where no new builds
will be done, and the DLRN API will not be responsive.
