  * Ansible is being updated to 2.9.6 in Ussuri
  * python-etcd3gw is updated to 0.2.5 in Ussuri and Train
  * octavia-tempest-plugin is being updated to 0.3.0 in Train
  * PyMySQL and pynacl updated to resolve

Vexxhost
  * ci.centos weirdo jobs are migrated to vexxhost, Other RDO jobs are also
being evaluated on vexxhost

  * Review.rdoproject.org and softwarefactory-project.io have been
successfully migrated from rdo-cloud to vexxhost.

Others
  * CentOS8 Preparation:
    * CentOS8 jobs are added in both check and promotion pipeline by
TripleO CI team:

    * CentOS7 jobs are no longer running in Upstream projects
    * Advanced Virtualization has been built by Virt SIG in CBS and it’s
expected that we will be able to start using them soon.

    * Rabbitmq is built for CentOS 8 in Messaging SIG. RDO will install it
