Promotions
* Latest promotion (TripleO CI) for Stein and Master is from 28th May.
* Currently promotion blocked due to new job add/remove in promotion
criteria

Deps Update
* Ansible 2.8 update has been reverted because it breaks container-build
periodic job.
   * https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1829736
   * Unblocking 2.8 update with https://review.opendev.org/#/c/662021/ ,
will try to get ansible-2.8 build in Train next week
* New deps: grpc and protobuf are added to Train, these are required by
kuryr-kubernetes
* Added python-zeroconf in Train, it’s required by ironic-lib

Packages
* puppet-rsyslog is being added in Master
* Ironic-prometheus-exporter is being added to RDO
* After some discussions with octavia team, neutron-lbaas and
neutron-lbaas-ui will be retired from master

CentOS8
* Initial plan to move RDO Train to CentOS has been drafted in
https://review.rdoproject.org/etherpad/p/moving-rdo-to-centos8 and is
included in last RDO periodic meetings to start discussions.
