Promotions
  * Latest promotion (TripleO CI) for Stein is from 16th July and Master is
from 14th July.
  * Currently there is infra related issue which is blocking promotion

Deps Update
  * Ansible has been updated to 2.8.2 in Train
  * Progress on puppet6 update -

Packages
  * Ansible-config_template is added to RDO Train, new requirement for
tripleo-ansible
  * Octavia-tempest-plugin and manila-tempest-plugin have been updated in
all stable releases.
