Promotions
    * Latest promotion (TripleO CI) for Stein and Master is from 4th July.
    * Currently there are no blocker for further promotions apart from
intermittent infra failures.

Deps Update
    * dumb-init has also been added to RDO in Stein release.
    * Podman-1.4.4 and Buildah-1.8.2 updated for Train Testing
    * Pyroute2 is updated 0.5.2-3 in Rocky
    * Facter updated to 3.9.3 in master/stein/rocky/queens.

Packages

    * Swift is being converted to python3 for fedora and rhel > 7 in Train,
there are still some open issues related to python3 in swift. Note that
once swift is converted to python3, all python2 packages can be removed
from EL8/Fedora repos in RDO.

CentOS8
    * Build loop 1 for CentOS 8 is finished according to
https://wiki.centos.org/About/Building_8
    * More progress testing rebuilds of latest fedora SRPM deps using loop
0 CentOS8 builds. Some issues still pending.
