[rdo-dev] Package Review: python-octavia-lib

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for taking care of this. I have updated the bugzilla with
licensecheck output.
Can you proceed with step 2 as described in [1]. Note due to rdoinfo
reorganization[2], there are some changes in the process of managing
packages in rdoinfo. We are still in process of updating the doc.
So now you need to update both "rdoinfo/tags/under-review.yml" and
"rdoinfo/rdo.yml" as described in [2] to proceed as part of step 2.
