Hello folks,

The maintainance is now completed. Note that Zuul has been upgraded
to the latest version (3.13.0) which change the default ansible-version to
2.8 . If this is causing issue with job, you can revert back to an older
version using the `ansible-version` job attribute.

Please let us know if you observed any issues with the services.
