[rdo-dev] Proposing Sorin Sbarnea (zbr) and Marios Andreou (marios) as core on review.rdoproject.org repos config and rdo-jobs

Hello,

I'd like to propose Sorin and Marios as new cores on the
review.rdoproject.org repos config and rdo-jobs.

Sorin and Marios have done amazing work on these repos by providing
valuable feedback and knowledge on the reviews and making sure it can
be tested via bringing molecule and avoiding repetition.

They are both knowledgeable in the design and working of TripleO jobs and done
an amazing work while bringing RHEL8 on RDO.

Having them as a core on these repos would be a great addition.

The vote will end on Friday, Aug 30.
