[rdo-dev] Proposal to reorganize rdoinfo data files

Hi,

As discussed in a previous RDO Meeting, i've created an etherpad [1] with a
proposal to reorganize rdoinfo data files in order to solve some
difficulties we have to test packages updates in our CI.

Feel free to comment or add any question or idea that you may have in the
etherpad. I'd like this to be the starting point to define a set of tasks
and owners to implement the required improvements, based on the proposed or
any new solution that we may find.

Please, ping me in #rdo (amoralej) if you have any question or doubt.
