[rdo-dev] [altarch] Problematic QEMU repo URL in delorean-deps

Hey all,

We started hitting some new issues on our internal weirdo packstack 
jobs. Not entirely sure what changed to start it acting up but traced it 
to the delorean deps repo [0]

The repo URL used is 
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/virt/$basearch/kvm-common/ which does 
not expand to the correct repo on altarch. The kvm common repos are here 
[1] for those.

For now, we'll just manually add the repo to our image. However, is 
there anything we can do to fix this once we start spinning up the jobs 
upstream?
