[rdo-dev] Cannot push to rdoproject.org gerrit

Hello,

Trying to push to rdoproject.org gerrit and getting:

$git-review
Problems encountered installing commit-msg hook
The following command failed with exit code 104
    "GET https://review.rdoproject.org/tools/hooks/commit-msg"

Anybody know why?
