Maybe the missing information is that qemu-kvm-ev is provided by the
CentOS Virt SIG => https://cbs.centos.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=539
If you use the release packages provided by RDO or CentOS extras,
repositories are correctly setup to retrieve it.
