[rdo-dev] Enabling RDO Trunk Rocky repositories

Hi,

As part of the preparation tasks for Rocky GA we have created a new RDO
Trunk repository centos7-rocky which follows stable/rocky branches.

This repo is now consistent and is available in
http://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7-rocky-bootstrap but today, we will be
moving it to http://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7-rocky. This means that,
any user or job using this URL will move from using master branches to
stable/rocky. Anyone interested in keeping using master branches should
move to http://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7-master repos instead.

Please, let us know if you have any doubt or this is causing any issue.
