[rdo-list] Can we sign the rdo-release package ?

Our rdo-release.rpm packages are not signed right now, ex:

With localpkg_gpgcheck=1 in /etc/yum.conf, this leads to an error when
trying to install the package:
"Package rdo-release.rpm is not signed"
