Rich,
thanks for this. I am a keen documenter but do not know enough of the
system to help edit. However, I can test instructions for both all-in-one
(1 x ethernet port) and packstack (using 2 x ethernet ports) with the
latter using a generated answers.txt file which I know how to edit.
