Hi,
The package in was built as part of neutron package, however it seems
bgp code was retired from neutron repo and moved into a different one,
so it was removed from neutron in:
https://github.com/rdo-packages/neutron-distgit/commit/5c24f65752252f909ff139856e6d02138d154439
To get the package back in RDO you need to follow the process in
https://www.rdoproject.org/documentation/rdo-packaging/#how-to-add-a-new-package-to-rdo-trunk
. You will get a git repo to store all required files, as spec and
systemd unit file if there is an agent. Note that the spec used in RDO
will be maintained in a git repo managed in review.rdoproject.org. The
one generated with bdist_rpm could be used as reference, but probably
will need some mofifications for RDO.
Don't hesitate to ping us in #rdo if you need any assistance.
Best regards,
Alfredo
