[rdo-dev] Maintenance on review.rdoproject.org *tonight* December 20th 23:00 UTC

​The maintenance is completed and the upgrade was successful.

The update was completed relatively quickly but it took some time to
troubleshoot the Nodepool and Jenkins configuration to work properly with
the new version of Software Factory.

For this reason, it is possible that you might need to recheck some patches
if you have gotten errors such as:
- zuul-cloner not found
- NOT_REGISTERED

Everything is currently functional so far as we can tell.
If you see any problems, please notify us on #rdo or through this thread.
