[rdo-list] Pike release notes: Help needed

I've put a draft of the Pike release notes post here:

I need help filling in the details. Please see
https://www.rdoproject.org/blog/2017/02/rdo-ocata-released/ as an
example of a release notice that we did an awesome job with, as
inspiration for what we're looking for.

Please also see https://www.rdoproject.org/rdo/release-checklist/ for
some of the things that we like to do around a release, as well as
things we want to avoid doing.

In particular, the items I'm looking for are:

* New packages/services included in the Pike release
* Things that are actually cool, and "customer-facing" in this release
(as opposed to necessary but largely invisible back-end stuff)
* A list of all contributors to this release (or some pointers to me of
how I might generate that list myself)
