[rdo-list] memcached.service results in Unknown lvalue 'MemoryDenyWriteExecute' in section 'Service'

Hi Mya, 

To enable the testing repo, you can follow the instructions at https://www.rdoproject.org/what/repos/ (see the CloudSIG Testing repo section). The command will change depending on how you enabled the RDO repos.
