[rdo-list] trouble installing an undercloud package via oooq

Hi Mike,
I just ran into the same exact issue as you. As a workaround, I’m using the vanilla images for the under cloud.
$ bash quickstart.sh -R newton-baseos-undercloud $VIRTHOST
