[rdo-list] Review Request: python-marathon - Python client library/interface to the Mesos Marathon REST API

Hi rdo-list,

Magnum recently added [1] a dependency on the marathon [2] python
library which has not yet been packaged.

We need to package marathon and add it as a dependency.
