[rdo-list] redhat-lsb-core missing

The bug is reported in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/diskimage-builder/+bug/1641106 . This issue
was fixed in master branch in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/396759/
and i've just requested to backport it to newton but it may take some
time to land in stable repo.
