[rdo-list] unable to add second identity to https://review.rdoproject.org

Hi folks,

When I signed into https://review.rdoproject.org with my GitHub
account, there was no prompt to select my primary email address, and
now RDO's Gerrit instance thinks my primary email is
"ktdreyer at ktdreyer.com".

I tried adding a second email address "kdreyer at redhat.com". The Gerrit
UI says it sent a confirmation email... and then I never receive
anything in my inbox.

Who can fix this?
