You should get two repos:

delorean
delorean-openstack-sahara-18aa22e7c579f12fafce28f09948e260e9cadc6c
                       436+208
delorean-mitaka-testing/x86_64
delorean-mitaka-testing
                       737+430

the delorean-mitaka-testing only has some dependencies, the real
openstack newton pacakges are in the
delorean-openstack-sahara-18aa22e7c579f12fafce28f09948e260e9cadc6c

So yes, you are installing neutron.
