+1 to filing an actual bug as soon as there is enough information to be
useful. The person(s) working on the bug should assign themselves there.
The etherpad is really meant to be a meta-tracker of open bugs and
patches that are blocking promote.

I do like the idea of the reporter putting their name down though.
