[rdo-list] RDO-release for OpenStack Mitaka

Thank you Boris, is it possible to upgrade my keystone directly from Juno
to Mitaka?

What I tried before is "Upgrading from Juno to Kilo, and then from Kilo to
Liberty, and then from Liberty to Mitaka".

There is a problem to upgrade from Juno to Kilo, it complains about missing
"url" column in the "region" table.
After I did "alter table region add url varchar(255)", and then ran
"keysonte-manage db_sync", it worked.

regards
