[Rdo-list] RDO-Manager Mitaka - Successful HA deployment

Hi all,

here are some notes to maybe spare some time to whoever
is trying to deploy Mitaka via RDO Manager with an HA 
setup from the delorean trunk repos.

Two BZs needed to be worked around:
1) Could not find resource 'Service[mysqld]' for relationship from 'File[mysql-config-file]'

2) missing python-gnocchiclient
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1300013

After that, deployment (3 controllers, 2 computes and 1 ceph node)
was successful, albeit I did not do a whole lot of testing ;)
