[Rdo-list] RDO meetup at DevConf.cz?

We have the opportunity to have a RDO meetup at DevConf.cz for those of
us who will be there. The room is available 9H00 through 18H00 on
Saturday, and we can pick any time that we like. (Although it'll fill up
quickly, I presume.)

I see OpenStack content at:

We could either do this in the morning, say, 11:00, or we could do it at
15:00 right after Jakub's rdopkg talk.
