Note that cinder bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1610073
which was impacting packstack jobs (see issue 31), is affecting
tripleo jobs also (i added some coments and logs in issue 34 ).

Cinder team is working in fix https://review.openstack.org/#/c/353120/
for this bug.
